WARM-Up Transitional Housing

WARM’s Interim Housing Program provides short-term apartments for individuals, families, and seniors transitioning out of emergency shelter. These stays typically last 90–120 days and include intensive case management focused on regaining stability and securing long-term housing.

Specialized options are available for seniors and individuals with mobility or health challenges, ensuring that even those with complex needs have a safe, dignified place to live. Interim housing helps guests stabilize while avoiding the cycle of homelessness.
