If you or someone you know is in crisis, the WARM Center is here. From shelter and meals to clothing, case management, and community resources, we connect neighbors with the essentials they need to stay safe and begin building stability.

Emergency Shelter & Housing Support

Meals

Anyone in need is welcome at Anita’s Kitchen, located at 54 Spruce Street, Westerly.

  • Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM

  • Dinner: 5:30–6:30 PM
    Open 365 days a year, no referral required.

Basic & Critical Needs

For help with utilities, medication, transportation, or other urgent needs, call our Community Critical Needs Case Manager, Noella Blackwell, at 401.596.9276 ext. 110.

Clothing Assistance

  • Attire for Hire (WARM Center, 54 Spruce Street, Westerly): Free professional clothing for job interviews and employment. Open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM. Call 401.596.9276.

  • Jonnycake Center of Westerly (Industrial Drive, Westerly): Food pantry and clothing. Open Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Call 401.377.8069.

Local Food Pantries & Soup Kitchens

  • First Baptist Church (Hope Valley): Limited rent, utility, and prescription assistance. Call 401.539.7553.

  • Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center (Pawcatuck, CT): Monthly food allotment, clothing, and services. Call 860.599.3285.
