Outreach & Support
Not every challenge can be solved with housing or meals alone. That’s why WARM offers a wide range of outreach and support programs to address the everyday barriers that keep people from stability. From street outreach to connect with those living unsheltered, to case management that helps families keep the lights on or afford medications, to clothing and job readiness programs like Attire for Hire, we meet people at their point of need.
Our support also extends to practical resources such as free tax preparation, vouchers for essentials, and partnerships with local service providers. These programs are designed to keep people housed, healthy, and working—while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Outreach & Support services are often the bridge between crisis and stability. They show our community members that even when challenges feel overwhelming, there is help available and a path forward.
