Community Critical Needs

WARM Center’s Community Critical Needs (CCN) Program provides short-term assistance for households facing unexpected financial hardships. By helping with critical expenses, CCN prevents crises from leading to homelessness.

Key Features

  • Housing Stability Support – Limited assistance with utilities, rent, or housing payments.

  • Emergency Aid – Help with urgent expenses such as transportation, prescriptions, or basic household needs.

  • Case Management – Guidance to connect individuals and families with longer-term resources and benefits.

  • Collaborative Network – As a member of the Basic Needs Network, WARM works with other agencies to share resources, coordinate payments, and stretch funding further.

Why It Matters

For many households, the difference between stability and homelessness can come down to a single bill. By stepping in with timely support, the CCN Program helps prevent homelessness, protect health and safety, and give families and individuals the chance to move forward with dignity.
