A job interview is often the first step toward independence, but many clients come to WARM without clothing appropriate for the workplace. Attire for Hire ensures that lack of professional attire never stands in the way of opportunity.

The program provides free business clothing, including shoes, coats, and accessories, to men and women preparing for interviews or starting new jobs. Clothing is donated by community members, laundered, and displayed in a boutique-style setting so clients can shop with dignity. In addition to clothing, staff offer encouragement and job readiness support to build confidence.
